What do I need on game day?
Print out bar-coded confirmation and bring it with you to pickup location along
with picture identification.
How do I buy tickets on gameday?
Our driver will handle bookings/tickets on site day of game –
subject to availability of seats..
Should I arrive early?
Yes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure, to ensure you've found
the pick-up location.
Will fans be assigned a seat?
No. Seats are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a reservation.
Cash paying passengers, are not guaranteed a seat.
If bringing children under 2 years of age.?
Children under two years old, when accompanied by an adult passenger and not occupying
seats to the exclusion of other passengers, will be allowed free transportation.
Can I leave my belongings on motor coach?
No.
Where is Bag Check located?
Bag check is located inside Gate E, near the bus/coach parking lot.
What if you are interested in checking in your bags at the bag check location?
Please arrive before the end of the game to claim your items. As the coach departs
30 min. after the game has ended.
What do I need to board motor coach after the game?
You will be given a special wristband as identification for your return journey.
How long will the motor coach wait after the game ends?
The motor coach will depart 30 minutes after the game.
Will there be food/beverages available at the pick-up site?
No. However, you may purchase Food & Beverage coupon that you could use at Candlestick.
We offer the coupon at more than 25% off what you would pay at the Stadium.
Can you bring food and beverages onboard?
Yes, you are able to bring food and beverages on board. Although, coolers or ice
chests are not recommended. Unfortunately, you cannot leave any items onboard.
Having Alcoholic Beverages Onboard?
The coaches/express transportation is ideally a family environment, with children
onboard. Alcohol must be in a sealed container and put away, until the arrival at
the Stadium and off the transportation coach.
When will we arrive at the stadium if I purchase the 49er Tailgate Express Package?
The Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) at Candlestick Park for 49ers Tailgate Express
Service is 2 hours before kick-off.
When will we arrive at the stadium if I purchase the 49ers Game Day Express
Package?
The Estimated Arrival Time (ETA) at Candlestick Park for 49ers Game day Express
Service is 1 hour before kick-off.
What is your cancellation policy?
There is no cancellation associated with our packages. We may be able to transfer
packages to another name.
What do we do if we missed our motor coach?
If you miss the Tailgate Express (selected routes only), you may still board our
Game Day Express – subject to availability of seats. Unfortunately, if you miss
the Game day Express, then you are out of luck.
Can we bring onboard a car seat for an infant?
NO. Since motor coaches are not equipped with seat belts to secure the infant, this
is not feasible.
Where will the motor coach be after the game?
The motor coach will be at the same location you got off at prior to the game.
Are there restrooms onboard?
Yes, all our motor coaches are equipped with restrooms.
I've purchased tickets online or at a participating Costco retailer. When will I receive my e-tickets?
The 49ers are not releasing any tickets until July 20, 2013. As soon as they are released, we will finalize our processing and your e-ticket will be delivered as a PDF via email between July 21 and July 22.

Yes. Our credit card processing system is secure. 49ersExperience.com uses PayPal
for transactions and VeriSign for authentication. Both are trusted in the industry.
How is 49ersExpress service different from services offered by other operators?
49ersExpress is the only ONE-STOP EXPRESS service to
Candlestick – all other services make several stops along the way thereby
making the journey to Candlestick much longer.
The other services are operated by independent operators not affiliated with the

Absolutely. Multi-game and season package prices are anywhere from 3% to 5% below
individual game package prices.
What if I need assistance on Game Day?
Should you need assistance on Game Day, stop-by the 49ersExperience Tent and one
of our Guest Relations Agents will assist you.
Where should I collect the coupons from?
If ADDITIONAL ITEMS (such as GDM or F&B Coupons) are purchased, to
PICK-UP them up @ the 49ersExperience Tent.
What is 49ers Tailgate Party?
This is the OFFICIAL Tailgate party hosted by the San Francisco 49ers to give the
49ers fans an opportunity to meet the 49ers Alumni AND Gold Rush Cheerleaders; take
pictures with them and get their autographs!! You might even run into the owners
of the 49ers and members of 49ers’ Executive and Management Team.
Your tailgate party ticket entitles you to ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT-AND-DRINK buffet and
private entrance to the stadium. You will also have an opportunity to purchase 49ers
Memorabilia at the party.
Where should I collect my 49ers Tailgate Party tickets?
Your 49ers Tailgate Party tickets are held at the 49ersExperience Tent. Your e-ticket and a photo ID are required to pick up your Tailgate Party tickets.
The 49ers Tailgate Express service is not active for the pre-season games. Can I still purchase tickets to the 49ers Tailgate Party for the pre-season games?
Yes! Although the 49ers Tailgate Express service is not offered for pre-season games, you may still purchase Tailgate Party tickets in conjunction with 49ers Gameday Express service.
Please note that the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of the Gameday Express service to Candlestick Park is one (1) hour before kick-off.
What is 49ers Tailgate Express?
Tailgate Express service is offered from a few select locations across the Bay Area
to give you - the 49ers fans - an opportunity to arrive at Candlestick Park an estimated
two (2) hours prior to kick-off to:
- Attend the 49ers Tailgate Party
- Join your friends for your own private tailgate party, or
- Arrive early at the stadium for all pre-game activities
